Conditions, deadlines, shipping costs

The products in stock will be shipped the next business day after receiving payment. If the product is not in stock, order processing may be delayed due to the working timing. However, the weekly replenishment programmed by 666Carbon guarantees the fulfillment in reasonable timeframes. Our sales managers are always available to provide updated information about the timing related to your order; you can contact them without hesitation in case of doubts or needs.

The cost of shipment (indicated in the various posts) refers to a single object prepared, packed and shipped from our office; in case of purchase of more products, the system will automatically calculate the total based on the selected items. To know in advance an estimate of the total cost of shipping, contact us and we will give you the updated quote. No shipping costs will instead be in the event of a pick up by the buyer directly at our offices (which has to to be made by appointment and confirmation by 666Carbon). the package insurance

All parcels traveling with insurance on products, to prevent unpleasant incidents and damage during transport. To fully benefit from the advantages of this mode we need that you’ll respect some basic directives at the time of receiving the product, indicated in the following paragraph "delivery, returns and reserves". Failing to comply with these simple rules will invalidate the insurance making impossible to 666carbon to open refund practice, resulting in failure to cover incidental repair / replacement expenses that will be borne by the customer.

Delivery, returns and reserves

Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered is as specified in the transport document, and that the packaging is intact and not altered. Apart from the fact that anomalies are found, the customer must pick up the package with reservation, specifying the reasons:

in case of intact parcel indicate " accepted subject to checking ";

in case of damaged parcel clearly indicate "accepted with reserve" followed by specific reasons stating the damage.

The customer shall promptly notify us of the problems regarding the shipment.

If stocks open for reasons arising from unavailability of the customer or the communication of an incorrect address, which oblige the carrier to return the package to the 666Carbon, the customer is required to pay a new shipment.
